- Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions govern the use of our mobile tyre fitting service. By booking and using our Service, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1.2 The Service is provided by City Tyres Limited, registered at 142A Thornton Road BD1 2DX.
- Booking and Service Provision
2.1 All bookings for mobile tyre fitting must be made through our contractors, website, phone, or email.
2.2 The customer (“you”) must provide accurate details about the vehicle, including make, model, and tyre specifications during the booking process. Failure to provide accurate details may result in a delay or inability to perform the fitting.
2.3 Our fitting service will be carried out at the address provided by you (“Service Location”). Please ensure the location is accessible, safe, and suitable for fitting.
2.4 In case of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances that could affect safety, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the fitting service.
- Pricing and Payment
3.1 The price for the Service will be confirmed at the time of booking and a deposit will be taken (the prices of deposit differs depending on travel costs). The prices is also subject to change depending on the tyres selected and any additional services requested.
3.2 Deposit for the Service is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. The remainder of payment is then paid to the driver after completion of the job We accept payments via credit card, debit card, or any other approved methods.
3.3 Any additional charges that arise due to unforeseen issues (e.g., damaged valve stems, rims, or difficulty in removing the tyres) will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
- Customer Responsibilities
4.1 You are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is parked in a safe and accessible location at the time of the fitting.
4.2 You must ensure that the area around your vehicle is clear of obstructions, including other vehicles, machinery, and people.
4.3 You must ensure the vehicle has a sufficient space for the mobile fitting team to carry out the service safely and efficiently.
4.4 If the vehicle cannot be accessed or the tyre fitting is not possible due to incorrect or incomplete information provided during booking, additional charges may apply.
- Warranty and Liability
5.1 All tyres fitted by us do not come with any sort of warranty period. We will not be held liable for any damages to the tyre unless the damage is caused by us during the tyre fitting process.
5.2 We will not be held liable for any damage caused to the vehicle that is not directly related to the tyre fitting process.
5.3 We will not be liable for any damages resulting from a failure to maintain or service tyres properly after installation.
5.4 Our liability is limited to the cost of the fitting service and does not extend to consequential or indirect losses.
- Cancellations and Refunds
6.1 You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without charge.
6.2 If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of [£50] may apply.
6.3 If you fail to be present at the Service Location or are unable to provide access to the vehicle, the full cost of the deposit will be charged.
- Health and Safety
7.1 Our mobile tyre fitters will adhere to all necessary health and safety regulations during the fitting process.
7.2 You must ensure that no unauthorized persons are present near the vehicle during the fitting to prevent accidents or injury.
- Privacy and Data Protection
8.1 We will collect and store your personal information solely for the purpose of providing the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2 We will not share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide the Service.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions
9.1 We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective once published on our website.
- Governing Law and Disputes
10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
